Cases Not Covered by Return or Exchange

Return or exchange requests cannot be accepted in the following cases:

• If the product is clearly used or in a condition that does not allow for resale
• In case of missing original packaging or any accessories
• If the request is submitted after 7 days from the date of receipt
• If the damage is caused by misuse or improper storage

Exceptions are only made for manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

Exchange is our preferred solution if the product is not suitable.

If you do not wish to exchange, a return can be requested under the following conditions:

Refund Policy

Refund is issued after receiving and inspecting the product.

Details:

• Product inspected within 3–5 business days
• Refund via same payment method within 7–14 business days
• For Cash on Delivery, refund is via bank transfer

Damaged or Non-conforming Products

In case of an error on our part:

• Customer has the right to request exchange or refund immediately
• We bear all shipping fees
• Must report within 48 hours of receipt with photos or video
